Specialist in Decentralised Cooperation between the European Union and Latin America online course
This course is for specialists and elected members of local and regional administrations from the two regions who work in decentralised cooperation. This training, which acts as a bridge between international relations and cooperation, is closely linked to development and local governability and its aim is to tackle the lack of institutional capacity of local and regional governments in Europe and Latin America to carry out decentralised cooperation actions in line with the principles of horizontal cooperation, exchange and mutual learning among peers. The course is co-funded by the Catalan Development Cooperation Agency and receives technical support from Barcelona County Council?s Observatory for European Union-Latin American Decentralised Cooperation.
